Kathleen Fox
Glenageary born Kathleen Fox studied under William Orpen at the Dublin Metropolitan School of Art and continued as his assistant for a time. She was a painter, stain-glass maker and enamelist. She was influenced by the arts and craft movement as well as the Celtic Revival. She also worked in portraiture and in still life during the 1940s and 1950s. www.whytes.ie
